    The watering schedules were actually executed, however, the device gets offline sometimes so the watering history data didn't get uploaded to our server. That's why the soil water level went down.

    It's important to make sure there's a good internet access if you choose to use the Smart Program.
    We will be working on improvements so that watering history will be uploaded when the internet connection is restored.
